Rod Stewart is still one of the greatest entertainers in the world after more than 40 years! Absolutely amazing is his longevity. A great deal about this man's extraordinary talent tells you one look at the diversity of the crowd. Besides that uniquely splendid voice, Rod is a brilliant songwriter, and a gifted musician with an innate sense of humor. From the moment he steps out onto the stage there is an immediate and undeniable energy translated to the crowd, it's like an electric charge. Ever gracious and honest, understanding that money is in short supply for everyone at this time, he says: "Thank you for coming out and spending your dollars on us tonight." Who else can draw and entertain a crowd that ranges in age from 6-65? Throughout the show, from the first song to the last Rod keeps everyone on their feet, singing, laughing and dancing. Also, much more observant than anyone in the audience would have guessed given all of the cities and countries he travels to and all of the venues he plays, he still remarks about a new high-rise standing just behind the ampitheatre: "I haven't been here in about 8-9 years, but I don't remember see that office building, was it here before?"
